Hourly Non-Exempt Team Members: Get paid every other Tuesday — consistent, reliable, and perfect for planning your week!
Salaried Exempt Team Members: Enjoy a steady schedule with paychecks on the 15th and the last day of the month, helping you balance life and work seamlessly.
We believe in starting our team members on the right foot. That's why we ensure new hires begin at the start of a pay period—we want your first paycheck to fully reflect your new role. No one likes a tiny first check, and neither do we!
